An instrumented structural pin
Load measurement through an instrumented structural pin.
Radial force measurement
A double-shear beam structure measures radial force. The pin can replace a pulley shaft in lifting, water conservancy and marine applications.
Signal conversion option
An optional built-in transmitter converts the sensing signal to a current or voltage output.
Pin sections and shaft-slot dimensions
L ends at the pin body, excluding the cable fitting. The drawing repeats C and D on both sides of E; F and G locate the slot width and depth. Dimensional units require confirmation. Confirm the pin diameter, working length and retaining-slot dimensions for your selected capacity before designing the joint.
