HPT-H-PID
Process Controller
The HPT-H-PID panel controller accepts a selected voltage, current, RTD or thermocouple input for digital indication and process control. It offers analogue retransmission, alarm outputs and RS485 Modbus RTU communication, with an optional 24 V DC sensor feed.

Panel display and controls
The front display face includes a vertical row of small status points and four physical keys, within a black panel enclosure.
Voltage, current, RTD and thermocouple input configurations feed the process indication. The −1999–9999 display scaling is separate from the connected sensor's measuring span.

Two-wire RS485 uses Modbus RTU at 1200–9600 bps. Optical isolation separates input, output, power and communication.
Current signal and transmitter feed
In the illustrated 12-terminal version, current enters at 4 + and 3 −. The optional transmitter feed uses 5 + and 3 −, separate from the controller's main power.

The mounting reference calls for at least 38 mm between adjacent panel openings for ventilation and fitting space.

Controller supply and optional sensor feed
Supply configurations: 100–240 V AC/DC or 12–36 V DC. The optional transmitter feed is a separate 24 V DC output, with a reference of ±1 V, ≤30 mA and load resistance ≥750 Ω.
