Product overview
Spoke-type load-cell forms
Annular and low-profile bodies with their side connections, alongside a round threaded loading button.
The spoke structure uses shear-stress sensing for tension and compression, with low-profile forms for hopper scales and electronic weighing equipment.
Custom load button
This load button is made to order. Its diameter, thread, height and crown radius are shown with the corresponding capacity below.
Two body sizes and mounting-hole patterns
ØA: body diameter; ØB: mounting circle; ØC: central diameter; M: central thread. ØD and ØD1 identify the hole count and diameters. L, L1 and SR describe the custom load button. Dimensional units require confirmation. Request the mounting and load-button dimensions for your selected capacity before designing the fixture. The dimensions shown cover capacities through 100 t; request the dimensions for any higher-capacity selection.
