Plate-mounted weighing assembly
A self-aligning, anti-overturning spoke assembly for weighing and compression-force measurement in platform, hopper, tank and vehicle scales.
- Bridge configuration
- Rated-load references from 200 kg to 100 t, with 2.0 ±0.05 mV/V sensitivity. The bridge specifications describe this reference configuration.
- Creep for the bridge-reference configuration: ±0.03% FS.
- Conditioned-output alternatives
- 4–20 mA, 0–5 V or 0–10 V versions are also offered. The selected configuration specifies 1% FS accuracy and ≤0.3% FS/year long-term stability separately from the bridge errors. Bridge excitation and resistance are not assigned to these output versions.
Plate sizes and mounting spacings
L and W describe the plates; L1 and W1 locate the mounting-hole centres. H1 is shown on each plate. Dimensional units require confirmation. Confirm both plate sizes and mounting-hole patterns for your selected capacity before designing the supports. Check both plates against the hole pattern in the chosen capacity row.
