Product overview
Rectangular-connector configuration
Diffused-silicon liquid or gas pressure measurement, with current and RS485 output versions.
Rectangular-connector dimensions
114 mm overall height, 50 mm connector width and 16 mm threaded projection. These dimensions describe the rectangular-connector reference shown in the drawing.
DIN-connector construction reference
Separated pressure fitting, sensing element, circuit carrier, outer sleeve and rectangular connector with its red seal.
Connection details
Electrical-exit configurations
1. Direct cable
Cable emerging through a compact upper gland.
2. Plug-in connection
Knurled coupling below the upper cable.
3. Raised cable entry
Cylindrical cable-entry shoulder above the body.
4. Extended cable entry
Raised hexagonal and cylindrical entry fittings.
Process-end configurations
1. Threaded pressure port
External thread with a small central pressure opening.
2. Flat-face configuration
Threaded fitting terminating in a flat circular face.
3. Finned configuration
Cooling fins above a threaded pressure fitting.
4. Clamp-face configuration
Circular flange with a corrugated face.
Assembly variants
These are separate assembly alternatives within the HPT-6 family.
Flange configuration
Direct cable above a cylindrical body and hexagonal fitting, ending in a circular flange.
HPT-6X local-display configuration
Display head above a cylindrical metal body and threaded fitting.
HPT-6M aviation-connector configuration
Circular connector with a black insert above the metal body, hexagonal fitting and lower process thread.
Wired split-display configuration
A coiled cable links the steel pressure probe to a separate wall-mounted enclosure with a display window and three green control areas.
